This bread was an answer to many requests - a traditionally shaped loaf of 100% white sourdough. Baked in a loaf pan, it makes uniform slices and is a little softer (less crust) than our breads baked straight on the hearth. Still a true sourdough containing no baker’s yeast, sweeteners, nor oils.

Since this is baked in loaf pans, there is limited availability.

We bake bread fresh and ship every Monday & Tuesday. If you place your order on a Monday or Tuesday, expect it to ship the following Monday or Tuesday. If you need your order guaranteed to ship on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday, it MUST be placed by the Friday before.
