We never bake both Spelt & Whole Wheat in the same week so please do not place an order for both at the same time.

Organic whole spelt flour, filtered water, organic unbleached white flour (in leaven only), and unrefined sea salt.

People who are somewhat sensitive to wheat may find that spelt agrees with them better. This bread has a delicious, nutty taste.

We bake bread fresh and ship every Monday & Tuesday. If you place your order on a Monday or Tuesday, expect it to ship the following Monday or Tuesday. If you need your order guaranteed to ship on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday, it MUST be placed by the Friday before.
