This box will contain 5 loaves of regular sourdough bread, of at least 3 varieties. It may contain any of the following:

Country French Hearth

European Style Rye

Sunflower Honey

Multigrain

Spelt

Cranberry Pecan

Walnut Raisin

Whole Wheat

Occasional odds and ends may be included too like rare specialty breads, cookies, or focaccia, as one of the five varieties.

All breads will be fresh-baked. Please don't make specific requests for varieties, this is truly a selection at our discretion, thus the discount.

Hand-shaped loaves, a wood-fired oven, quality organic and/or non- GMO ingredients properly prepared and the keen attention of our skilled baker come together to create this healthy, flavorful, chewy, and crusty bread for your enjoyment.

All bread loaves are free of baker’s yeast, oil, sweeteners and preservatives.

We bake bread fresh and ship every Monday & Tuesday. If you place your order on a Monday or Tuesday, expect it to ship the following Monday or Tuesday. If you need your order guaranteed to ship on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday, it MUST be placed by the Friday before. ATTENTION: We are not responsible for delays due to carrier error and will not provide refunds for them. Please note that coastal deliveries (especially West Coast) have a higher possibility of spoiling in transit in warmer weather. If you are ordering a shipment during summer to a coastal destination, we are not responsible for it arriving spoiled. Rural route addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail, all others are UPS.
