The Pastries
Building off our now retired pastry chef’s 40 years of experience, our trained crew rolls up some unique breakfast pastries - all SOURDOUGH, and some classic European treats.
Morning patrons will have their choice of croissants, almond croissants, berry or cream cheese danish, and maple-pecan sticky buns, all made with our famous fermented dough. Other shop regulars include chocolate eclairs, creme brulee', caramel flan, lemon tarts, seasonal fruit tarts, Italian cream and chocolate truffle cakes, and so much more!
In 2025 we consolidated this formerly Hwy 65 location 1/4 mile North into the same building that houses our wood fired brick oven, and expanded our offerings to include basic espresso and artisan toasts!
